Make sure to only touch treatment areas with clean hands
Cool compresses off and on every few minutes the first night
No sleeping on area until swelling goes down
No working out or excessive sweating for 5-7 days
Cleanse only with antiseptic soap
Do not shower with hot water for first few days
No saltwater, no exfoliation, pools, laser hair reduction or waxing for 14 days
No direct sun for 30-40 days
No self tanners for 30 days
Stretch marks will be dark. Please do not panic as healing is 4-6 weeks
Do not scrub, rub or pic at the epithelial crusts. Allow area to flake off by itself as peeling can affect the pigment
Treatment area may look worse before it looks better! Be patient and trust the process.
